Weber specialise in supplying the correct machine for your application, they design their screw geometries to your material requirements, and not the other way around, they have the correct geometry to achieve the best homogenisation of your material allied to specific output requirements.

Weber have one of the best extrusion technical centres of any extruder manufacturer offering development work together with their customers, trial runs in pre-sales, acceptance tests and full training. In this technical centre Weber has one permanent profile extrusion line and one complete pipe extrusion line.

Weber manufacture all major parts of the Extruder in their factory in Kronach , existing Weber customers can still have the same design of machines manufactured that they currently use allowing like for like replacements
